The roof has had the sarking board installed and the side walls sheathed in OSB to keep the weather out while the concrete floor is laid. 
The builders arrived one morning and levelled the garage floor, laid the damp proof membrabe and installed the steel reinforcement ready for the concrete to be laid.
The concrete arrived and was poured and levelled then left to cure. After a couple of days the surface was tidied up and swept.
The frames for the front of the garage were made in the garage and the builder returned for a couple of hours to give me a hand to erect them.
After fitting the OSB I was able to move the Oak in ready to be machined and fitted to the front of the Oak frame and front porch.
